Paul, (assuming the info in the article is correct of course), it seems to me that CPQ is jerkin' Intel and Andy around. CPQ gets price concessions from Intel and publicly states their relationship is as strong as ever, and then they move the majority of their consumer line to AMD??? We're talking about AMD here: bad yields, losing money left and right, K6 not as good as Intel PII, etc. It seems to me there is a power struggle going on in the industry and both CPQ and Intel want to be King Pin. This move, if it happens, is purely politically driven imo. But, it wont look good for Intel, that's for sure.
