BPP and Partner, Don't you think that dilution of the BORL stock is an issue in the current price? Has anyone worked out the percentage of new shares, and therefore the percentage the stock price is diluted just by the additional shares? I am wondering if even though the acquisition is healthy for the company on the longer term, perhaps the price of Borland stock will remain lower for a while because of the additional shares. What do you think? Linda
