First of all, I don't know the background of the people you've listed. For an example, just checking up on the Koch Bros......they inherited their firm from their father and then built it up further which is exactly my point:

I am sure that's true for others on your list. Very few people are born poor and become incredibly wealthy. Oprah is one example.

Secondly, these are 20 people out of 300 million+. Seriously? In my world, those are horseshit odds.
