Re QNTM Reorg-- they combined high-end and desktop business and closed Colorado head manufacturing (continued consolidation from MKE head spin-off). This will result in one-time charges. Hard to say what to assume from this -- clearly not a "layoff", but also indicates change is needed. Combining high-low end businesses seems to me a good move. One-time charges will be relatively ignored. They have not yet commented on business this quarter.
