re ITRI -The next question is: does it have any moat?

They spent 6.5% of their revenues on R&D and are one of the largest players in the smart meter space, so i at least expect them to have a decent amount of IP. I do think that within 5 years, they will be acquired by another company - most likelya company that serves already the utility space like GE, ABB, Siemens etc.

The stock is weak now due to uncertainty about European contracts, imo.
