This is a plausible analysis of the situation. I am continuing to stay long and I hope the others in our thread group will do the same.

If there is some form of unfriendly takeover on the horizon, as you point out we will probably hear something by the annual meeting. It would be good if one of us smaller shareholders could be at the meeting to report back to us.
