Truth is Brinker went 60% to cash in his model portfolio in January 2000 and increased cash to 65% in August 2000. His models returned to the market in March 2003 around the S&P 800 range.

Don't believe the lies that the bashers and stalkers post everywhere as they promote their hatred. He also is ranked third for market timing results over the past 20 years adjusted for risk by Hulbert.
