In other words under Obama there is a 3.4% increase in social security pay out that will go to support Obams's Non Care medical program.

That will pay for Grandpa's and Grandma's pink or blue or green pills. Mostly Grandma's pills as Grandpa's don't usually live as long as Grandma's.
