I don't understand what is it that you don't like regarding my last post. I further don't understand why my comments are bringing havoc to this thread, Nor why doesn't the language of the hypers trouble you.

If someone points out the danger of a scam or potential of wiping out your lifesavings in a bad investment. What is wrong.

In 99% of my posts I stick to the issues and attack no one personally. It is only that this does not please the hypers.

My questions and concerns here are a few:

1) A company who keeps on lieing by giving a specific date of events to occur (only 2 weeks beforehand) and they do not occur. The company told me personally in Sep. 97 that in beginning of Oct. there will be financing and this never occured. BTW they also saig the Texas start up will be this quarter, and I would not hold by breath. It seems even the hypers don't expect it to happen.

2) A company who is chokeing for cash and sold out its common shareholders issuing REg-S stock which will dilute the common's value, and will be a threat should the stock go below $1

3) The burn rate of $1.7 million per quarter for a company with $8 million in cash cannot go on. The company either goes bankrupt or issues the next batch of Reg-S stock, which the company was about to issue for $25 mil in Sep. but abruptly scrapped it for some unofficial reason.

4) The CEO's gift of 60,000 shares is troubling.

5) This is besides that any investment into interactive TV has to be scrutinized, since many such companies in the past have gone bankrupt, or were a fraud from the beginning.

6) Even if everything should be legitimite the company's projections of subscribers and their fees are not expected to bring any meaningful earnings for some YEARS to come.

I hope this clarifies for you some of my concerns.
