It gets funnier and funnier. Kirk has tried for YEARS to get Hulbert to give him any sort of attention but to no avail. He even asked folks to write to Hulbert on his behalf and that didn't work either.

But along comes Bob Brinker the younger and is rated by Hulbert almost immediately.
