I'm glad your cousin is smart enough as to know how utterly silly (and I'm being nice here) it would be to tie into a 2 year contract on a phone with a 3 1/2 inch display and 3G service in late 2011. At least you don't get 2 years of horrible battery life. That would be a bummer...
