Truf, Yes ! A thru E and all others like NIC, HELOC etc. Securitization has what made this into a growth industry. Now they no longer need to depend on a bank's largesse to warehouse loans for long. They can get $ more readily and at a better spread on Wall st. These (Asset-based securities) have grown to be instruments almost as big and as well analyzed as bonds and other debts !! Shivu P.S. - The one you said about boob jobs in Dallas, cannot be home equity lendor ! Just a loan shark perhaps !! PPS - Also look at IMCC.
