I never said it wasn't a "real" problem. The whole point of this thread was to demonstrate that it has been blown out of all proportion. I believe that the companies that specialize in so-called "Y2K" work will weaken further. The companies that have real consulting businesses (such as Keane) - and have used the Y2K hoax as leverage, will probably be repriced when all the hot-air finally rushes out.
