I think in order to invoke the Uniform Foreign Money Judgments Recognition Act you still have to show that the court where the lawsuit is filed does not have jurisdiction over you. And I'm also not sure what happens if you decide to enter a country where there is a (unenforceable in the US) judgment against you. Maybe Dave from iHub can answer those questions for us.
