IS KGFC A TEN BAGGER?

Anyone care to comment on KGFC's news release?

1. How long will it take before the International Court hears KGFC's case and renders a verdict?

2. Are there any lawyers out there who have an opinion with respect to
KGFC's chances of ultimately winning their case? On the surface, it seems to me that KGFC should be able to present a strong case.

3. What are the chances that the CDN government will bring to bear any pressure on Kazakhstan? (Two? Slim and None?)

4. Placer Dome was also shafted by Kazakhstan. They sought $35 million and settled for $25 million. If KFGC is able to reach the same type of settlement (71 cents on the dollar), they would collect about $28 Million CDN or roughly 80 cents per share.

5. With a share price of 9 - 10 cents, it looks like the market is only giving KGFC a 10% probability of success.

I'm going to be on the lookout for signs of accumulation.

Regards,
Mike
