Brad, I will let you have NRI for $250Million, cash. Actually, I think they are a better fit for a large software company that can absorb its fixed costs and can get a differential advantage by being able to bundle NRI technology with its system management technology. I would be rooting for Computer Associates. (sorry dan, if you are reading this, I used the "A" word). Caveat Emptor. This is just wishful thinking on my part, I have no information about any possible purchases or Mergers. Sheldon
