How many shares do Cioffi and Amati own? Whose baby is this tech and company anyway? If shareholders could and DID stop the sale, who would pay the 120 monthly salaries? How long would Amati last? Would you rather wait and take your chances on getting far less to nothing?
Don't you think that AMTX held out as long as they COULD, painfully relenting their "baby" as they realized they HAD to?

This isn't some company being run by outsiders. Is it THEIR fault that reality isn't what many posters here had hoped and presumed?
