If one of our troops had caught a surrendering prisoner, even Gaddaffi, and put a bullet in his head, the US media would be going bonkers over it. They’d be sending those guys to jail until the trial and they’d throw away the key. The Haditha Marines know it. The Hamandiya Marines know it. Our sniper teams know it. Our SpecOps know it. They would be fighting for their freedom at this very moment in the same way that Staff Sergeant Wuterich is fighting for his. Hillary can cackle “we came, we saw, he died” and that’s just wonderful according to the US media. Interpreting his ROEs before battle and saying “shoot first, ask questions later” has Wuterich on trial for years and for his freedom nigh onto a decade now. She’s gloating, and he was trying to keep his young troops from getting killed. It sickens me the way we treat our own military.
