It would be nice to draw down the military industrial complex and wasteful pathetic wars and bring it in line to what it was when Clinton left office adjusted for inflation and Homeland Security. Still at least $500-600B that can be better served paying down debt and infrastructure, loans, education, tax credits for private sector investment and job creation ect.... Still I believe Obama and Bernanke are the heroes doing what was needed at the moment in time in the constraint of the political process and tea bagger faction and possible deflationary depression. Even with all this rates are still low, deleveraging still taking place and the Japan style liquidity trap still loom large
