Japanese investors must be getting sea sick, and might be in danger of taking a real bath! The Nikkei is back up 4% on rumors that Japan WILL use "public" funds to bail out the banks, etc.

Now..... what is wrong with this picture? Are they going to turn over the savings of their citizens (the sheep) to some of the banks (wolves) that were in charge when the banks' assets were "dispersed" in the first place?

I wonder what the possibility is of any of these noble bankers, and their friends and family, having quite a stash set aside from the billions of Yen associated with the "bad loan" pools? I wonder the possibility of any banks chomping at the bit to get their hands on the public's money, so that they can give out some more of these wonderful loans?

I think that the word "accountability" has been removed from world dictionaries.
