I visited salomon.com The have a direct hyperlink to Fidelity's website because they are in the "Fidelity Investment Alliance. " I tink dat is a good thing? yes?

Salomon caters to institutional clients only. They do not have a retail brokerage arm. The general public may never gain access to Marc Usem's reports online unless Smith Barney post's them after the merger. Do you know what this means? I can make up what I want, attribute it to Salomon and watch Robert sweat! Actually you might be able to get a copy of Solly's report by fax from the much maligned A&C. Maybe A&C should buy a $500 scanner so they can email reports to requesters.

Solomon makes skis, Salomon sells stocks and bonds.

P.S. It is only 35 days until Hanukah and 36 days to Christmas. I am considering giving everybody 5 shares of IDX this year except for my brother-in-law who will get a computer spell checker and all my Saliva Technologies stock.
