Wasn't the "old" offshore Reg-S covered by the new issue and cashed out? That's what I thought a chunk of the money went to. They didn't keep it all. Wouldn't that be helpful?

On product, I heard that they're pushing *major* money into the RealHelp launch and that the technology is very good.

On the exec team, this is good news. Fact is, these people work for options agreements, not salaries or loyalty. If they're jumping ship from Cybermedia it means they view their options there to be "maxed" and cashable and their potential at QDEK better. Given the stock price, this makes sense. Oddly, a depressed stock like this, if the plan to rebound makes sense, can actually attract good talent from the competition. I'm long and buying at 2.5 and under.

Hessler's background plays to a strategic, somewhat slower, turnaround. But, turnaround nonetheless.

Smoke those cigars, Jesse. You'll be upgrading to Habanas soon enough with this stock.
