No sh..., of course, everyone in medicine knows that controlled studies are just that, CONTROLLED, it happens in every field of medicine. For example, one thing is inpatient treatment, and another outpatient treatment. Studies show us the way to go, it gives us treatments that we have to implement. But probably the best study we have in this field is actually the improvement in parameters like, hospitalizations, opportunistic infections and death. They have all been dropping, very significantly since more drugs have come. Specially the PIs. But the market is stupid, it responds to anything.
