FAS hit my $14 target this morning and a bit more.. But then I saw this chart from WestPacific and it really gave me some pause because I know a lot of folks pay attention to the indicators he's using: siliconinvestor.com Not so confident of a further run from here.. but will be nimble and try to play either side of the market.
