I don't see the WSTL bear case yet as a result of this deal. Although telco delays, cable and wireless (bandwidth) local loop competition and likely further ADSL competition would keep me from entering ADSL stocks at this point. But higher rewards (and losses) for the higher risk players. Good luck! Steve
