TJ, there's an old British Empire idea that fashions start in the west of London and finish in the east. The world is a bit different now but the principle applies. As you wrote, history goes forward, not back. We can happily agree on that because we then diverge from that point of agreement.
The fashion for Cyberspace began in Silicon Valley and the utility of mobile Cyberspace began on Lusk Boulevard on Mira Mesa [north end of San Diego].
