yeah, there is no doubt the sale of 370m shares and the timing leave one to wonder but i think it goes beyond anything that is untoward. there is something to this 10% ownership level and its ramifications to donner, i would think instructions came from the legal department to move some shares and what better time? any move they made with donner would require more legal situations at the +10% level and it is more comfortable in their current postion. think about it, this sale is peanuts to teck, there was no nefarious background involvement, only a corporate decision made with no emotion, not like the little investors....hedger
