Last I heard Reg S is still legal.The word scam implies illegality. You offer no evidence of any. The burn rate is typical for developement companies. You assume no rev. growth. Why raise 25mil now when the stock is so low. Wait till the right time. As far as the gift to mom I don't understand what you mean. I hope I never get as cynical as you.I think no matter what he does you would complain. I think he should sue you. Well folks as you can see his screams of scam has no basis. Too bad we don't have a legitimate naysayer. The mailman is no challenge. But no matter how many times he is rebutted he continues to post the same thing over and over and over.
