There are many advantages of opening up factories and R&D sites in America as opposed to overseas. HIgh-tech companies are figuring this out as the trend of outsourcing is being reversed. It's somewhat surprising, but also an affirmation of the advantages America brings.

Plus China itself is experiencing a lot of wage inflation. It won't be too long before the cost advantages of Chinese labor diminish. Sure, businesses can then turn to Vietnam and other SE Asian countries, but those are limited opportunities.
