After reading the post about the 10-Q I checked the similar
filing made by the company three months ago since this is a
quarterly exercise. The content of the filing three months ago
is essentially the same as the November 17 filing with two
exceptions:
1) discussion of the weakness in TFH sales which has already been
addressed by UTEK during their October conference call;
2) discussion of a change in UTEK's Japanese distribution setup
which appears to be a minor non-recurring accounting item.
Given the fact that these filings are written by lawyers for the
purpose of minimizing expectations in order to fend off litigation
minded individuals I would be inclined to regard the 10-Q as a non-
event. Of course UTEK shares have risk, but we already know that!
