Bill... Well open my mouth in insert my foot.<G> I don't think we had a higher high today in the S&P Dec. but we sure closed higher..I normally get a break up or down from that point.. Well, I glad I wasn't in the OEX..But, I did buy some puts..The stock was unchanged.. i still think we are going down..Must be a lone bear. looking for a low by the end of the month.. Back to the drawing boards..<G> Ed
