Microdyne produced for Intel 10/100 Nics for ISA. They are still selling 3-5000 cards per month out of Intel so the product is not yet dead! Intel bought a small amount of inventory and the licenses to build the product. Microdyne gave all of the documents and drawings to Intel. Microdyne is now out of the 10/100 business. Keep in mind there may be more deals (product line sales) to come. They were cooking when I left. We shut the facility down (NPD) and auctioned everything off on October 16th. I think the positive thing we got out of this is that the news release showed up on the Intel News listing and some big money found MCDY today. I hope they don't sell tomorrow! Dave
