I agree. Another thing to consider along the lines of Gary's aquisition speculation. Even if the VP sold those shares with knowledge of a deal in the works, how could anyone possibly fault him when the bid on an offer would obviously be at a premium far above his sale price per share in the low 20's? I can't see how there is any red tape in such a situation...seems to me like any possible deal behind the scenes is still game. Style, I agree. However, no deal can as of yet be signed. That would be material inside information and an insider cannot sell until the information is disclosed. Negotiations can be in progress and an insider can sell. Glenn
