joe, I laughed at her because I knew the approval had already been made far above her pay grade. Then Rubin helped to repeal Glass Stegall. His next job was vice chairman at CITICORP. Sure looks like a payoff to me. It bothers me that no one in the media picked up on this.


To me that is the way politic works. Otherwise why would any sane individual want to run for a political position with a campaign detective, the FBI doing thorough background checks on the potential candidate along with the campaign candidate research of the various media, etc. From my experience the order for reasons of individuals running for office are: Power, Financial Stepping stone to a higher position, sex and finally for the good of the public and constituents.

PS From your contributions to this site in appears to me that you have had contacts and experiences to much of what I have experience. But, that is just my opinion, right or wrong. If I am correct in my assumptions we could have an interesting personal discussions regarding the movers and shakers in Missouri and US.
