Hi Pcyhuang - I own all the stocks on the list. Other than a few shares of GE, my cost on my shares are all lower than current levels. In fact T is near it's high (at least from my cost). MRK is on my list to buy below $28.

According to the Dogs of the Dow theory, one should but the entire list at current levels and the group should be higher one year later.

FWIW, I did this with DD & HON last year but most any stock you bought at that time should be higher. These two are more than doubles for me.
