We have no oil pipe lines from the erst to east of Manitoba.. we export 5x what we use.. and all that export goes south... we are an oil slave.. it's really just US oil which happens to be under our territory... it's the old story of successful government failures... The NEP was the dumbest of all.. The third 'Greatest' Canadian (used loosely :O) could have been the greatest had he recognized the real problem... we are oil importers...
