Bob,
Well said. I couldn't agree more. The biggest problem I see with contributors to this thread is that they believe the Preferred Shares that are held by the Booths, et al. are not going to be split. It is my educated understanding that ALL shares, Common, Preferred and Convertable Preferred are split equally.
Another point I would like to clear up is the split is UP TO a 1:15. The key words here are UP TO. The board has the option to do any amount it chooses relative to the stock price at the time of the split.
