Koan, I couldn't agree with you more. Obama needs to fight. His weakness doesn't help him. Americans respect a fighter. You know, Bush Jr infuriated me, because of his bad policies. However, one thing I respected him for was doing what he thought was right and riding roughshod of the Dems to get his policies done. I honestly thought Obama was going to be the same way. I thought he was going to engage in a Manhattan Project on renewable energy, but he went timid on that. I thought he was going to be with the common man and get tough on derivatives regulation and prosecution of the banking criminals, but he turned out to be a panderer to Wall Street interests instead. He's gone soft in so many places, that I find him indistinguishable from the GOP in those places. Even his healthcare plan gave up too much to the GOP. Sheesh.
