(NYSE: APL - News) (“APL”, “Atlas Pipeline”, or the “Partnership”) announced today that the Partnership has declared a quarterly cash distribution for the third quarter of 2011 of $0.54 per common limited partner unit, payable Monday, November 14, 2011 to holders of record as of Monday, November 7, 2011. The third quarter distribution of $0.54 per limited common unit is an increase of 14.9% from the $0.47 per limited common unit distribution paid for the second quarter of 2011 and is an increase of 54.3% over the third quarter of 2010. finance.yahoo.com
