Available at Apple's App Store, the one you get to with that App Store icon in the Dock. This is a FREE program, for your Mac that syncs to a matching one for your iOS device that costs a whopping 99¢. You get that one in iTunes.

It is a task management program. It is very well organized and very well written. Easy to figure out and quite useful. It has a built in calendar, supports repeating tasks, multi step tasks, allows user defined categories.

I have no idea why it is FREE, because it is definitely worth something even without the iPhone part.

So if you don't do task management, now you should. I just started about an hour ago and I'm feelin' squared away already!
