CR, Since you don't seem to be satisfied with GaBard's explanation why don't you and your CFO call Midland directly and get a clarification from them and then you can report back to the thread. Maybe that way everyone can learn something. I'm sure that there would be better understanding if the 2 CFO talked together rather than being filtered through other people. Just a thought.
