The Corporate Presentation shows 17.1 % insider or board ownership . Those #s are just from the Cosigo members . We did have 2 boards join and McInnes on his own has about 10 mill shares/warrants . The 2 boards total to 32 mill .

Then there is Jay Taylor and his wife , M Berry saying he has a significant position . At least 1 mill shares each ?

This is all guessing on my part but 40 mill/or more owned by informed or inside if the property is as good as it looks on paper .
