Trey...Help me understand. Why would Cowen downgrade if prior to WSTL/AMTX merger announcment, Cowen was Strong Buy, Strong Buy, over and over on WSTL when it was withOUT AMTX and DMT. Since then, WSTL has picked up contracts with BC, BT and GTE and now has "Strategic Alliance with TI" which results in quicker deployment capabilities at a lower cost for DMT. Does that sound like a good reason to downgrade???
