Funny, where is Tom Terf now? I give him a couple hours before he is telling us the restatement is a fraud. Predictions for tomorrow? Given that people were expecting the worst, I think we're in for a good day. A lot of investors wouldn't even touch the stock for fear that the restatement would be extreme. Hopefully with this behind us, we'll hear some good news from COMDEX. By the way, this will reduce the likely hood and magnitude of the lawsuits being successful.
