Chopper,

I feel like STS has the goods to win the countersuit. As far as the
Montreal listing they have to prove up some properties which they are
in the process of doing right now. I have talked to a gentleman outside of the company and he feels STS has a excellent chance of coming out on the positive side of things. This suit may take a while
to get settled so our first thoughts should be towards proving to the
investment community how excellent the properties are as it appears
like they have some larger mining companies looking over thier shoulder right now. Also bear in mind that it can't hurt when Barrick
is in the same area spending 300 million on developing a mine right
now.
