It's my analysis of the situation based on the apparent necessity of the government to rework the way Medicare and Medicaid are now funded. Remember Ocare is going to have pick up the funding for the unemployed and poor single males which are not on the welfare roles now (for health care). Additionally Social Security Disability is in serious funding trouble.

Given the necessity of revamping these programs it is my personal opinion the government won't be able to implement Obamacare--as now written.

OMB relies on projections which are ofter done assuming better results than circumstances would indicate.
