One of my son's finance professors says Groupon isn't getting many repeat customers, because for example people who use the restaurant coupons wait for it to come again and restaurant owners aren't seeing an increase in business. Restaurant owners were hoping it would be a way to introduce themselves to new customers, but that hasn't happen. Same with other businesses
