End democratic schools who treat people as if they were equal. Schools, as we have, are for average people. It was necessary when the needs of the market were simpler.
It was necessary to massify. Get all kids schooled.

Now it is a new ball game. If you are out of the average: too good or too stupid, too hard working or too lazy you are in trouble

If kid got to know what wants and how the game is played, he will succeed. If he doesn't. he is in trouble.
