Just a NO-BRAINER!! Who's going to keep their cash in the bank when banks are charging them to keep it there? Just having a debit card doesn't mean one is going to use it. Of course, most banks require that you use it to withdraw funds at their branches, rather than going to an actual teller to cash a check.. Incompetent!! Hawk
