We may be having too high of expectations in regard to the outcome of the test of XRL . It seems to me that the company does not expect any outstanding performance in regard to the upcoming tests that will lead to significant sales. I just wonder why they choose to do the private placement offering of units now? It occurred to me that if they expected a really good result they would wait until the news was out and allow the news to drive the price up over $5 so the warrants get converted and to do an offering next year at a higher price. I think they will be able to get .13 microns because it is an x-ray point source, but how fast is this puppy going to run? A good announcement in regard to the XRL is one thing that could save the owners of the warrants and some understanding of what is happening is important to this investment strategy. If the x-ray point source does not become a commercially useful production tool it may play some other role like being useful for the setup, and testing of x-ray steppers, a much smaller market. I am thinking that the XRL is still a long term project, it appears that Martinez believes it will be mostly a research tool that will enable researchers to work on some of the other problems associated with x-ray lithography. What we really should be looking at is developments in some of the other brightlight laser systems like disk drive systems etc. which will build revenue and income.--Dick Martin
